HOSTED CABIN STAY:
Hosted Stay includes 3 home cooked meals, wild edible food harvesting and clam digging package.

$300 per day dbl., $25 each additional

BARN:
Whole house, sleeps up to 6+, 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twin. Do your own cooking. Showers availale next door for $5 each time.

Stay 6 days get 7th day free

BEACH CABIN:
Cabin Sleeps 2, additional floor mats available.

$150 per night dbl., $25 each additional

Seperate sleep cabin, sleeps 2.

$55 per night dbl., $35 single

MUSEUM:
Back rooms, sleeps 3, 1 full, 1 twin. Includes 1 hosted home cooked breakfast for two day minimum. Includes 1 hosted home cooked dinner for 1 week stay. No other cooking facilities available. Showers available at $5 each time.

$75 per night

Bunks, sleeps 3, 1 full, 1 twin. Includes same breakfast, dinner hosting as above. Showers available at $5 each time. Sauna and Pool available for $10 each time.

TENTING:
Because of the remote location of this property, we request a 3 day minimum. If you stay 6 days, the 7th is free. Showers available for $5 each time. Transportation by ATV is additional $25 per person, one way. It is a pleasant 5 mile hike along the beach if you choose.

Limited tenting is available for $25 per night
Larger tents, family rate is $35 per night

SEPARATE WORKSHOPS:

Clamming - $25 each
Wild food harvesting, comprehensive - $150 each
Berry Picking and jam making (in season) includes jars and sugar - $175 each
Fish smoking (mid August- mid Sept.) - $175 each
Fish canning - $150 each
Guilded beach tour of the area - $75 each

Other workshops to be announced: Birding for adults and kids, Beginning basket weaving, Beginning spinning, Organic gardening, Music fest and song writing, Poetry workshop.

ASK ABOUT GROUP RATES:
For youth organizations, weddings, birthdays, retreats or a place to hold your own workshops.

$25 per day for day use of barn (not sleeping).
Weddings, location only, $1000.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
To Confirm:

A one half deposit of the days booked is required.
Full payment is due before check-in.
Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Cancellations:

One month advance notice is required for Full Refund.
Less than one month - 50% Refund.
Less than two weeks - No Refund.
