APPLICATION FOR RENT

There is a application fee, which is to be paid upfront. $15.00 for single, $20.00 for married couples. This fee can be paid by cash, check or direct deposit into our account. This fee covers the cost of a credit report and checking rental and employment references. A credit report will be run. Please fill this application out and fax or e-mail it back to us. We will process your application as soon as we receive your application fee in our office.

Security Deposit Receipt

Tenant agrees to, and Bay Realty acknowledges receipt of, payment of, a Security Deposit in the amount of $________ payable to Bay Realty, Inc. This amount will be deposited in the companies trust account. This amount will hold the unit for 2 weeks from the date of receipt and approval of application for unit specified. If the tenant decides not to take the unit, he/she will be responsible for rent during the time it takes the Landlord to find a replacement tenant and for the actual costs of finding one (advertising costs). This amount may be deducted from the Security Deposit being held.
